Decide who gets access

Define whether chargers are for employees, pool cars, visitors or a mixture. Access control, booking, pricing and reimbursement needs can then be included in comparable quotations.

Match power to dwell time

Many office vehicles remain parked for several hours, so managed AC charging may be more appropriate than simply specifying the fastest hardware. A site survey must confirm the electrical design.

Prepare the site information

Include parking ownership or landlord consent, the distribution-board location, cable-route constraints, socket count, planned growth and expected completion date.
