Our role
ChargeBrief is an independent information and introduction service. We do not design, sell, install, certify or maintain EV charging equipment, decide grant eligibility, or act for GOV.UK or OZEV.
Introductions and fees
We may introduce your enquiry to up to three providers selected for apparent fit and coverage. We may receive a lead or referral fee from a provider. This does not increase our authority over its quotation or work and does not guarantee availability, price or suitability.
Your installer contract
Any survey, quotation, contract, payment, installation, warranty or dispute is directly between you and the chosen provider. You should independently check current authorisation, insurance, credentials, equipment eligibility, scope and contract terms before proceeding.
Information and grants
Website information is general and may become outdated. Grant rules can change and only the relevant authority determines eligibility. Always check current official guidance before making a financial commitment.
Acceptable use
You must provide information you are entitled to submit and must not misuse the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or interfere with website security or availability.
